Overview
Form I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.
I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification
All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. See US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) I-9 Central for information about the form and the I-9 process.
At UCSF, Form I-9s are created and processed through an online system, Tracker I-9 Complete. If you are a new UCSF employee, you will receive a personalized link to your online I-9 Form from your HR contact. More information about the process will be included in your communications from UCSF HR.
Authorized system users create and manage I9 Forms using Tracker I-9 complete:

- Creating a Historical I-9 in Tracker I-9 Complete
