Sign up for the MyReports Listserv to receive communications about MyReports.

What Information Will I Receive?

Signing up for the MyReports listserv gets you email communications about MyReports, including announcements about new reports and report enhancements, and system downtime information.

How to Sign Up

  1. Image of an example MyReports ListServ request email that is ready to be sent.

    While logged into the email account you want added to the listserv, compose a new email and enter [email protected] in the To: address field. Do not populate the Subject field; it must be left blank.

  2. Enter only one line in the body of the message in the following format:
    • "subscribe MyReports firstname lastname" where firstname lastname are your first and last name, e.g., subscribe MyReports Karl Fog.
    • Note, the system captures your email address from the From field of your message.
  3. Send the email request. Make sure you delete any signature information from this email before you send it. Only the subscribe request should be entered.
