The Cost Sharing Budget Template (CSBT) has been updated and is now available for campus use. The new version incorporates the Fiscal Year 2026 GAEL and fringe benefit rates, along with several minor formatting updates to improve accuracy and ease of use. Departments should begin using the updated CSBT template starting January 2, 2026, for all cost-share budget submissions to CGA for new awards or any cost-sharing revisions.

Please note that GAEL should be manually removed for federal and federal flow-through cost sharing. For all other awards where GAEL is allowable, it may be included.
