March 2026 Posting of UCSF Health Floating Holiday for Cesar Chavez Day
Review the March availability of the Cesar Chavez Day floating holiday in MyTime and UCPath for eligible UCSF Health employees.
The floating holiday for Cesar Chavez Day will be available in MyTime on March 1, 2026, for eligible UCSF Health employees in the following bargaining units:
- Clerical & Allied Services – CX
- Registered Nurses – NX
- Skilled Craft – K2
- Technical – TX
- Non-Represented - 99
Eligible employees entitled to the Cesar Chavez Day floating holiday hours grant on March 1, 2026, will see pay code and accrual information in MyTime as follows:
- On your timecard: Employees will see a pay code row on their timecards on Sunday, March 1 for the current year hours grant, called “Cesar Chavez Earned March 1”.
- On the Totals tab: The earning for the floating holiday will be reflected on the Totals tab of the timecard as “Hol-Float CompTime-Earned”.
- On the Accruals tab: The hours grant will update the “CompTime Floating Holiday – CTF” accrual balance on the Accruals tab of the timecard, as of March 1.
The CompTime Floating Holiday - CTF hours grant on March 1 in MyTime will post to the employee’s Float Comp Time balance in UCPath on March 20.
