Contracts and Grants Accounting (CGA) updated the existing Deposit/Payment Inquiry Report in the PeopleSoft Research Administration System (RAS) to further aid research administrators in identifying and reconciling sponsored research payment activity. This enhancement is part of the CGA Support Team’s ongoing efforts to streamline sponsored research collections and payment processes, improve transparency, and strengthen internal controls.

For this enhancement, we added a new Ref Value (254 Char Limit) search filter. The Ref Value filter allows you to search for records using the reference value entered in the RAS Reference field, and should be used when you know all or part of an identifier associated with the record.
