UCSF Health employees who earn paid time off (PTO) and maintain a balance exceeding 75 percent of their maximum accrual will receive a payout on December 23, 2026. The maximum accrual is twice an employee's annual accrual rate, and the payout will reduce employees’ PTO balances to 75 percent of their maximum. The payout will be calculated based on each employee's PTO balance as of December 5, 2026. Future committed leave will not be included in the calculation.
