MyTime training offerings for campus managers and supervisors and their delegates
The required training path below includes a combination of self-paced eLearning and optional instructor-led, virtual sessions for campus people managers.

MYTIME_200 | MyTime: Managing Timecards This course is intended for managers, timekeepers and other administrative roles that will use MyTime to review and manage employee timecards. Through instruction and hands-on activities in a simulated MyTime environment, participants will learn how to perform system tasks including reviewing employee timecards, resolving exceptions, reviewing requests for time-off, creating queries to filter timecard information, and running reports.

MYTIME_201 | MyTime: Managing Schedules in Core Scheduling This self-paced eLearning is intended for managers, schedulers and other administrative roles that use core scheduling functionality to create and update the schedule. Managers will continue to be required to review and submit their own employee timecards. Managers should also complete the relevant employee timekeeping training course:

Answers to Common Questions
Are all managers required to complete training?
Training is required for all people managers.
managers who only supervise employees not currently using MyTime are not required to complete manager training at this time. This includes managers of medical residents (who use MedHub) and of academic appointees who are without salary.
Can I assign training to my team in the UC Learning Center and can I track whether they have completed training?
