Effort Reporting System (ERS)
Required for all Effort Report Coordinators, Reviewers, and Viewers to obtain ERS access.
OLPPS Inquiry and Entry/Update
Required to obtain a certification and access to entry and update functionality in OLPPS.
Online Journal Processing
Required for all journal preparers and approvers to obtain access to PeopleSoft Journals.
Online Payroll Time Reporting System (OPTRS)
Required for all payroll preparers and PAN reviewers to obtain OPTRS access. Preparers must complete OLPPS Inquiry and Entry/Update training prior to taking OPTRS training.
Research Administration System (RAS) Pre-Award
Research Administration System (RAS) Post-Award
Required for all research services analysts (RSAs) who manage the RAS proposal process. RAS Post-Award training is required for RSAs who manage the RAS post-award process. Either RAS Pre-Award or Post-Award training is required to obtain access to PeopleSoft Grants functionality.
