Overview
The HBS Timekeeping System was replaced by MyTime in May/June 2025 and is accessible in read-only mode for a limited time.
Timekeeping
MyTime replaced HBS Timekeeping beginning with the May 11 – May 24, 2025 pay period for biweekly employees and the June monthly pay period for monthly employees.
HBS is available for employees, timesheet group approvers, and timesheet group managers who had access prior to the cutover to MyTime. HBS is expected to be retired in 2027; look for more information in future editions of the Controller's Office Newsletter.
