Overview
PAMDash provides self-service access to proposal and award data metrics and was created in response to the need for departments to monitor extramural funding metrics.
About PAMDash
The dashboard was developed through a collaboration between the Controller’s Office and Contracts and Grants Accounting (CGA) and is now managed by the Project and Data Team within CGA. Examples of queries that can be run with the dashboard include:
- How many submitted proposals were awarded?
- How many proposal dollars were converted into award dollars?
- What is proposal award rate by funding source, purpose, PI, department, and agreement type?
- What does the funding trend and net position look like over time?
- What top 5 sponsors brought in the most funding this year?
- What does the revenue trend look like for my department?
The PAMDash Metadata defines metrics, data elements, and data sources.
