Two new reports will be deployed to the GL Verification tool in mid-March. These reports are intended to help users determine approval and verification statuses for their departments.
- Approval Status Report - displays the approval status of one or more Dept IDs, along with the corresponding users responsible for approval. Approval is required as a part of GL Verification for each month.
- Verification Status Report - displays the verification status of transactions in one or more Dept IDs, along with the corresponding users responsible for verification and approval.
Both reports can be accessed using the new Reports menu item in the left navigation bar.
More information and details on how to use the reports will be posted on the Controller's Office website once the reports are available in the GL Verification tool.
