New Support Option for Contacting the CO Solution Center

We are pleased to announce a new chat feature for contacting the Controller’s Office Solution Center for support. With chat you can communicate with a CO Solution Center analyst in real time directly from your computer or mobile device. Chat is a highly efficient instant messaging mechanism which many people prefer to email or a phone call.

To contact the CO Solution Center by chat:

  1. Visit the CO Solution Center section of the Controller’s Office website and click the Chat link in the Support Contact section.
  2. Also look for the Chat link on frequently-requested how-to guides on the Controller’s Office website.
  3. You will be redirected to ServiceNow, and a chat session will open in a new window. You will be required to log into MyAccess to begin a chat session.

Support by chat will be available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Should the service be unavailable during business hours, the Chat link will be unavailable. Support via email and phone will continue to be available.

As a reminder, the CO Solution Center provides single point of contact support to departments and employees to resolve inquiries related to Payroll, HBS timekeeping, and MyReports functions. When contacting the Controller's Office via the main telephone line at 415.476.2126 or email at [email protected], the Controller's Office Solution Center provides service acknowledgement via email within one business day.
