MyReports Cutover Schedule for UCPath

During UCSF’s transition to UCPath, MyReports is being modified to incorporate new data and to reflect new business processes. MyReports users can expect several changes as reports are being retrofitted, retired, or replaced to integrate with UCPath. As previously announced, the Faculty Portfolio Projections Tool will be retired. Look for more detail about report changes and job aids in the June Controller's Office Newsletter.

To accommodate these changes, regularly scheduled data processing and MyReports system access will be significantly impacted during cutover. Plan accordingly for the following key cutover dates for MyReports.

Date Activity
Sunday, May 24 Last day to enter projections into the Faculty Portfolio Projections Tool
Sunday, May 24 Last evening batch before UCPath go-live
Monday, May 25 Last delivery of Scheduled reports until after UCPath go-live
Monday, May 25 Faculty Portfolio Projections no longer available
Thursday, May 28 – Sunday, May 31 MyReports unavailable during conversion
Monday, June 1 MyReports available at 6 a.m. with all UCPath changes complete

New and updated job aids will be available on the Controller's Office website at go-live. If you have questions about MyReports, contact the Controller's Office Solution Center. The complete UCPath cutover schedule is available on the UCSF at UCPath website.
