Software systems support most of our financial, educational and research actions. The Controller’s Office provides business support for the following financial systems. To learn more about these financial systems (except as noted below), go to the Training & Job Aids tab. For information on browser support or hardware/software requirements, go to the Information Technology website. Refer to the UCSF Financial Systems Diagram to see the relationship between systems.
Requesting Access to Systems
Individuals can request access to Connexxus and MyExpense. If you need to make business travel arrangements, request access to Connexxus by sending an email to email@example.com with your name and UCSF ID (employee ID) number. MyExpense is available to all active employees who have a UCSF employee ID number and email address in the Campus Locator System. Select MyExpense after you have logged into the MyAccess portal.
Only Access Administrators may request access to ERS, HBS, MyReports, OLPPS, PeopleSoft, and WebLinks. To find your Department Access Administrators, go to PeopleSoft and select the Department Roles View from the PeopleSoft menu or use the Department Roles look up in the Inquiry Reports. Access Administrators can find access request forms on the Forms tab.

However, permission for access to information or release and/or disclosure of information should be granted in conformance with University policy and applicable laws by the University authority that has been assigned overall management responsibility for the information.
