Try the UKG New Experience in MyTime Beginning November 2026

Explore updated navigation and resources to help you get familiar with upcoming changes before they become mandatory in 2027.

Updates to the web version of MyTime are coming November 2026 as part of UKG’s ongoing rollout of the UKG New Experience. Beginning later this month, MyTime users can try the UKG New Experience before it becomes mandatory for all users in February 2027.

A “Try our new look” toggle in the Main Menu will allow users to move between the classic MyTime display and the new interface during a transition period.  We encourage everyone to try the UKG New Experience early to become familiar with the new look and navigation before the changes become permanent.

What will change?

The UKG New Experience changes the look and navigation of the web version of MyTime. Some pages and menu items have moved or been renamed, and the Home Page and Main Menu have been reorganized. Users with multiple roles will also see a change in how they switch between roles.

The underlying MyTime timekeeping and scheduling functions will not change as part of this update.

Try the UKG New Experience

Beginning in mid-November, users will be able to select “Try our new look” from the Main Menu in MyTime to switch to the UKG New Experience. During the transition period, users can switch between the UKG New Experience and the classic MyTime display as often as needed.

Review Understanding the New UKG (MyTime) User Experience to learn more about the changes and how to move between the two displays. This guide includes a short video, examples of what is changing, and classic-to-new navigation crosswalks to help employees, managers, schedulers and timekeepers find commonly used pages.

What happens next?

The option to switch between the UKG New Experience and the classic MyTime display will remain available during the transition period. In February 2027, the UKG New Experience is expected to become mandatory for all users, and the option to return to the classic display will no longer be available.

Additional reminders will be shared before the transition becomes permanent.
