What’s Happening Now

HBS time off request cut-off on April 21 for import to MyTime. UCSF is establishing a cut-off date of noon on Monday, April 21, 2025, to record all approved time off requests in the HBS Timekeeping System for the following leave periods:

  • For biweekly employees: leave dates on or after May 11, 2025
  • For monthly employees: leave dates on or after June 1, 2025

Requests not approved by the cut-off will not be included in the HBS data extract loaded to MyTime and can be entered once MyTime early access begins on April 28. Review details on the Controller’s Office website.

Complete training for managers, timekeepers, and schedulers before early system access begins on April 28.

What’s Next: Key Dates

  • April 14: training for all employees begins - review the employee training plan
  • Noon on April 21: HBS timesheet group approvers must approve time off requests to be imported to MyTime for go-live. Review important details
  • April 28: MyTime early system access for managers, timekeepers, and schedulers - more details on required cutover actions will follow
  • May 11: MyTime go-live for biweekly employees
  • June 1: MyTime go-live for monthly employees
