The Deposit Cash Check Vault File contains previous day deposit information for all deposit activity picked up by Loomis or directly deposited to the bank by staff. It provides essential information to quickly journal these transactions, typically by the next business day.
Key pieces of information included in the file are the location number (found on deposit slips) and the bank reference number (for automatic matching in Blackline). Files are available daily, ensuring you have timely access to deposit details.
