October 2025 Compensatory Time Payouts

As previously announced, the next biannual compensatory time payout will be issued as a separate off-cycle payment on October 15, 2025. The payout will be calculated based on each employee’s CTO/CTU balance as of September 27, 2025.

  • Employees represented by the California Nurses Association (CNA) will be paid down to 36 hours.
  • Shift pay associated with the Comp Time Holiday (CTU) portion of the payout will be included in the October 22, 2025, on-cycle pay date.

With the implementation of MyTime,approved CTO/CTU leave requests for future-dated absences beyond September 27, 2025, will not preserve those hours in the leave bank. CTO/CTU hours not used as of September 27, 2025, will be included as part of the payout.
