2025 W-2 Statements Available in UCPath

2025 W-2 statements are now available in UCPath with printed copies mailed by February 2, 2026.

2025 W-2 statements are now available in UCPath online. Employees who opted for an electronic version of their W-2 statement will receive an email notification when their W-2 statement is availableEmployees who did not opt-in for an electronic version may still access their W-2 statement in UCPath, and a printed W-2 statement will be sent to the mailing address listed in UCPath no later than February 2, 2026.

  • Current employees may access their W-2 statements online by logging into UCPath and clicking the View Online W-2/W-2c link in the Income & Taxes dashboard. Review the View Online W-2/W-2c job aid for step-by-step instructions.
  • Former employees can access and download their UCPath W-2 statements for up to three years after their separation date. Visit UCPath online and click on Former Employees. Once logged in, navigate to Income & Taxes and select the corresponding tile for the desired form. Review additional UCPath online guidance for former employees.

A Chrome or Firefox browser is recommended when downloading the W-2 statement.

Benioff Children’s Hospital (BCH) Oakland employees may receive two W-2 and two 1095-C forms for the 2025 tax year. W-2 and 1095-C forms for earnings and benefits issued by BCH Oakland will be issued by BCH Oakland and available in UKG Pro. Review additional year-end payroll reminders for BCH Oakland employees.

The University of California does not send W-2 statements by email or text. If you receive an email or text with a link or an attachment to view a W-2 statement, it is a phishing scam designed to gain private information. Do not open attachments or click links claiming to provide access to your W-2 statement.
