Contracts and Grants Accounting (CGA), in partnership with UCSF’s research administration community, develops quarterly updates to PAMDash to make accessing extramural funding metrics easier and more intuitive. 

After the Tableau Cloud migration in April 2026, the following minimal changes were made to the Tableau Cloud Sign In process and the GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) Caption on Timestamp to enhance PAMDash:

1. Tableau Cloud Sign In

Users are now required to enter their UCSF credentials to log in to Tableau Cloud and open PAMDash. If users access PAMDash via MyAccess, they must still enter their UCSF credentials.

2. GMT Caption on Timestamp

The Tableau Cloud refresh time is now set to ‘GMT’. As a result, we added ‘GMT’ after the timestamp on all dashboard pages in PAMDash to clarify the refresh time zones within Tableau Cloud.
