Overview
The Activity Period chartfield is a 2-character alphanumeric value which identifies the activity period for projects with multiple periods.
Activity period chartfield allows reporting in a unit of time within an overall project, and is primarily intended for sponsored projects to allow reporting on multi-year awards with competitive renewals for different project periods. Nevertheless, it can also be used for non-sponsored projects across multiple periods where interim reporting is needed.
Values
Examples of Activity Period values are: 01, 02, 03, 04, etc. through to 99.
