Overview
PAMDash provides self-service access to proposal and award data metrics and was created in response to the need for departments to monitor extramural funding metrics.
About PAMDash
The Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) and the Controller’s Office collaborated to develop the dashboard, now managed by Project and Data Team under Contracts and Grants Accounting (CGA). Examples of queries that can be run with the dashboard include:
- How many submitted proposals were awarded?
- How many proposal dollars were converted into award dollars?
- What is proposal award rate by funding source, purpose, PI, department, and agreement type?
- What does the funding trend and net position look like over time?
The PAMDash Metadata defines metrics, data elements, and data sources.

Data sources, data definitions, and usage notes are available by downloading the PAMDash Metadata (PDF).
