This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view your schedule in the My Calendar view. The Calendar displays your schedule, transfers, Paid Time Off (PTO), PTO requests, and leave.
How to View My Calendar
- From the Main Menu, select My Information and then select My Calendar.
- Use the following features to view your schedule:
- Calendar: Shows the current month by default. A black dot beneath a date indicates something scheduled that day e.g. a shift, PTO, or holiday. Select a date on the calendar to jump to a detailed view of that date in the Events and Requests panel.
- Events and Requests: Panel showing your scheduled events, PTO events and requests, and leave events. Left-click on an event or request to a panel to see additional details.
- Select the Request button to begin a PTO Request.
- Use the Filter button to choose which event types, request types, and request statuses are visible in the Events and Requests panel.
- Select the Print button to print or save a copy of a specific timeframe of your schedule.
