UCSF employees use Huntington Business Systems (HBS) to submit hours and request leave. Managers, in addition to entering their own time and leave requests, use HBS to edit and approve timesheets and leave requests for their employees. UCSF Health managers have the ability to split Timesheet Groups (TSGs) into sub-timesheet groups which can then be assigned to alternate qualified approvers.

The HBS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access
HBS is included with every UCSF account. HBS is available via single sign-on under MyAccess.
If MyAccess is unavailable or you do not yet have a MyAccess account, use the direct HBS link: https://hbsweb.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/tpweb. Use of the UCSF Pulse Secure VPN is required to access HBS outside of the UCSF network.
