Beginning July 1, 2021, the date indicated in Daily ACH and Wire Payments file names will signify the bank transaction date, rather than the date the file is received and posted to UCSF Box. File names for deposits prior to July 1 will follow the prior naming convention and will not be modified.
Examples:
- Bank deposits dated May 31, 2021, and received on June 1, 2021, are located in the June 2021 folder with file names beginning with "20210601_".
- Bank deposits dated July 1, 2021, and received on July 2, 2021, will be located in the July 2021 folder with file names beginning with "20210701_".
- Bank deposits dated July 31, 2021, and received on August 2, 2021, will be located in the July 2021 folder with file names beginning with "20210731_".
