We are pleased to announce the release of a new tool to help make completing award verifications easier. Beginning today, you can download the Award Verification Tool mobile app for your Apple iOS device. The mobile app provides convenient access to the Award Verification Tool and is designed to help you complete essential tasks, like reviewing projects and verifying awards, when you are away from your computer.
How to Access the Mobile App
Beginning December 13 for Apple iOS devices and coming in January for Android devices, download the mobile app from UCSF's Intune Company Portal.
- Open the Intune Company Portal on your device to download and install the UCSF Award Verification Tool mobile app.
- If you are not already enrolled, follow the instructions on the IT website to enroll your mobile device in the Intune Company Portal.
Refer to the Intune Frequently Asked Questions for additional information. - Select 'Award Verification Tool' from the list of apps.
There is no limit to the number of licenses for this app, and you can ignore the message concerning licenses. - Install the app. You will receive a pop-up message that requires you to confirm your choice.
- If you need assistance with the Intune Company Portal, contact the IT Service Desk.
- If you are not already enrolled, follow the instructions on the IT website to enroll your mobile device in the Intune Company Portal.
- Open the app and tap the login button.
- Log in using your MyAccess credentials and DUO multi-factor authentication, if prompted.
