UCSF’s PeopleSoft Financial System has been upgraded to PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management Image 39. In order to accurately view PeopleSoft, be sure to clear your web browser cache before your first login.
Please note that we are investigating an issue related to the homepage display. Users who close PeopleSoft without logging out or as the result of a system timeout may see a page with a “Homepage Alert” message instead of the new homepage upon their next login. If this occurs, click the Home icon to access the homepage and tile navigation.
The upgrade introduces new navigation using the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI). Complete the course, How to Navigate in the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface, to learn how to take advantage of the new navigation features and where to find the menus and pages you used in the classic PeopleSoft navigation structure.
Join a demonstration session. The Controller’s Office will continue to host weekly sessions to demonstrate the key navigation features of the Fluid UI.

Review updates to existing training materials. Existing training materials and other resources have been updated to include how to navigate using the Fluid UI to support your business processes. Access resources from the How-To Guides section for the applicable Controller's Office website unit page. Keep in mind that general procedures for entering or approving financial transactions have not changed.
