Overview
This reference guide defines the workflow status indicators within the Equipment Inventory Modification Request, or EIMR form in PeopleSoft Asset Management. These details are provided to assist Equipment Custodians and Delegates in the management of their EIMR form requests.
EIMR Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | EIMR is created or saved as a draft but has not been submitted to the next reviewer/approver |
| Pending Approval | EIMR is submitted to the next reviewer/approver on the workflow |
| Approved | EIMR is approved by CAM |
| Returned | EIMR is returned by the reviewer/approver and can be resubmitted again |
| Cancelled | EIMR is cancelled and cannot be resubmitted |
