Add and Remove Skills in HR Umbrella

Before scheduling staff who possess a required skill (e.g., Registered Nurse) in MyTime, employee skills must be added to the employee record in HR Umbrella. The integration between HR Umbrella and MyTime ensures that the skills attributed to each employee pass through to MyTime to create and manage skilled staffing schedules. To remove a skill, you will follow the same steps and select Remove Skill when prompted.
