Assigning and Tracking Employee Skills and Certifications in MyTime Advanced Scheduling

Managers can track employee special skills and certifications in MyTime Advanced Scheduling to enhance and specify the scheduling process.

Assigning and tracking skills and certifications in the Scheduling solution allows managers to ensure that the right employee for a job or shift is in place when and where they are needed.

Skills are specialized abilities, such as speaking a language.

A certification involves a skill that requires a license or registration of some sort; for example, CPR or operating a machine. Additionally, certifications may have expiration dates that require them to be renewed. Some jobs may require that someone has the necessary certifications to work them.
