“The Employee Schedule – Weekly” report shows the weekly schedules of selected employees and allows you to review data related to the employee schedule.
You can select specific employees using Hyperfind. You can also select a location, and the report will show the schedules of all employees whose primary job is contained in the location. The report also includes the shifts that employees are working outside of the location. If applicable, the total number of employees who are not totalized also appears as well as the employee's name (last, first) and ID. Employees who have no schedule are not included in the report.
The report contains the following:
Location: Location name appears on the top row; the complete path for the location is on the second row. Each location starts a new page showing:
- Employee: Sorted by job, listed alphabetically; includes employees who have no scheduled shifts during the time period.
- Primary Job: Sorted by sort order number, if configured. Otherwise, it’s sorted alphabetically.
- Shifts: Shifts by start and end time; includes hours and money amounts of paycodes.
