When requested time off is no longer needed or needs to be rescheduled, employees can cancel those time-off requests. Employees submit cancellation requests to nullify the previously submitted or approved time off.

- Cancel time-off requests from My Notifications
How to Cancel a Time-off Request from the Main Menu
- Navigate to the Main Menu from the Home Page.
- From the Main Menu, select My Information.
- From My Information, select
My Calendar. - From My Calendar, use the monthly and daily views to locate the time-off request to be canceled.
- From the daily view, select the Submitted Time-off request.
- In the panel that opens on the right, select Cancel request.
Note: The cancellation is immediate; you are not prompted to confirm. Submitted requests become [Cancelled]. Approved requests become [Cancel Submitted].



How to Cancel a Time-off Request from My Notifications
- From the Home page, go to the My Notifications tile and select My Requests.
- If needed, use the filter option to refine the type of request you want to cancel.
- Select the request to cancel.
- Select Cancel.
- In the panel that opens on the right, enter comments and notes as appropriate.
- Select Cancel Request. Note: The cancellation is immediate; you are not prompted to confirm. However, a confirmation message appears at the top of the panel on the right.
- Select Done.
- Submitted requests become Cancelled. Approved requests become Cancel Submitted.
