This guide covers the steps to review an employee's availability change request. These requests could be for a single day, a range of consecutive days, or multiple non-consecutive days. Managers need to review and respond to these requests.
Reviewing Availability Change Requests
- From the Home Page, in the My Notifications tile, select the applicable request category. When there are pending requests to review, the category displays a number that represents the number of requests to review. Alternatively, select the bell icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Control Center, select the applicable request to review.
- In the Details panel, review the request information.
- Select the appropriate icon in the Action Bar either Approve, Refuse, or Pending. You can use the Go To button to go to the employee’s schedule for additional information to aid in your decision.
