Users who have been granted access to MyTime as a delegate or assigned a department administrator support role need to switch from their primary role as an employee or manager to these roles. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to switch roles in MyTime.

Access Roles from the Main Menu
- Navigate to the Main Menu.
- Expand the Employee Settings Menu.


Switch Roles from the Employee Settings Menu
MyTime displays the roles to which access is currently granted:
- Initial Role (your primary role as an employee or manager)
- Timekeeper, Scheduler, or View Only roles (if assigned)
- Delegated Roles (listed by delegator’s name and delegation timeframe)
Note: Upon accepting a delegation request, you must log out and log back into MyTime before the delegated role is available for selection.
To switch from your initial role to another role:
- If needed, use the scroll bar to access all assigned roles.
- Click or tap a role to switch to it.
MyTime will refresh. The Home page and tiles will display as appropriate for the selected role.
