The Time Maintenance Form (TMF) is used to increase or decrease the total number of hours or change the pay type for UCSF Health employees only. To make similar changes for campus employees, contact your Human Resources Generalist.
The TMF is not used to transfer expenses from one chartstring to another. Use a Salary Cost Transfer to transfer expenses between chartstrings.
