Enhancements to the Distribution of Payroll Expense (DPE) Reports

Based on input from the MyReports Campus Advisory Group and feedback from our users, the Distribution of Payroll Expense (DPE) reports by Account and Alt Account have been enhanced with additional filters and data columns. Highlights of report changes include:

  • Enhancement to the Employee search filter typeahead functionality to search for any part of an employee’s name, UCSF Employee ID, and UCPath Employee ID
  • Addition of Employee Class Indicator and Employee Class filters
  • Addition of new fields in all report outputs:
    • Pay Run ID – indicates the processing ID of the pay period
    • Earn Run ID – indicates the processing ID of the earnings period
    • Suspense Indicator – identifies transactions routed to payroll suspense
    • Pay Begin Date – displays the beginning date of the pay period

Updated job aids are available in the MyReports section of the Controller’s Office website. Users may need to clear their web browser cache to take advantage of the enhancements.
