MyTime Goes Live for Monthly Employees June 1

MyTime will go live for monthly employees with the June 2025 monthly pay period.

  • Monthly employees will receive a go-live email on Monday, June 2.
  • Monthly employees will need to complete May 2025 timesheets in HBS by Friday, June 6.
  • The first monthly employee timecard submission in MyTime will be for the June 2025 pay period, which is due July 8.

Monthly employees can review their MyTime action checklist for steps to take beginning June 1.

Actions for managers and supervisors to take during the June monthly pay period are outlined in your people manager action checklist.

Correction – MyTime Alert: Reminder to Approve Timecards

This morning, Friday May 30 at approximately 6:00 am, MyTime sent an email in error to managers and employees paid monthly reminding them to approve timecards for the current period.

Please disregard this email. Monthly employees should use the HBS Timekeeping System to complete timesheets for the May 2025 pay period and will transition to MyTime with the June 2025 pay period.

A follow-up email was sent to affected employees and managers. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

Biweekly Timecard Processing and Adjustments

Thank you, managers, delegates, timekeepers, and schedulers, for completing and approving timecards for the May 11 – 24 biweekly pay period.

If timecard errors are identified or if pay-impacting timecard exceptions (like a missed punch) were not resolved before the payroll processing cut-off, a timecard adjustment – also known as a historical timesheet correction – must be submitted to the UCSF Payroll Office.

  • To request adjustments to MyTime timecards for the previous pay period, managers, delegates, or department timekeepers will need to submit a MyTime Timecard Adjustment Form.
  • To request historical adjustments of HBS timesheets for all pay periods through May 10, 2025, continue to submit the Health Time Maintenance Form (TMF) and the Campus Timesheet Change Request Form.
