Equipment Inventory Modification Request Form (EIMR)

 

Equipment Custodians use the Equipment Inventory Modification Request (EIMR) process to modify inventory assigned to their departments.

Beginning September 1, 2019, all inventory modification requests must be initiated by the Equipment Custodian using PeopleSoft. A paper EIMR form (Form EIMR-Other) is available only for modification requests for donations, loaned equipment, inter-campus transfers, and other miscellaneous changes.
