Overview
Learn about the vision for the MyTime project.
What Is MyTime?
MyTime is an initiative to modernize our timekeeping and scheduling processes into a single platform that addresses the complex and changing needs across UCSF.
To accomplish this, UCSF implemented Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Pro Workforce Management, a best-in-class scheduling, timekeeping and attendance platform that is easy to access, easy to use and improves the employee and manager experience.
MyTime went live in Spring 2025:
- Employees paid biweekly started using MyTime with the biweekly pay period beginning Sunday, May 11, 2025.
- Employees paid monthly started using MyTime with the monthly pay period beginning Sunday, June 1, 2025.
- Employees working at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland started using MyTime with the biweekly pay period beginning July 7, 2025.
MyTime replaced aging technology and provided streamlined scheduling and timekeeping capabilities to better meet our changing business needs. By leveraging new technology and analytics capabilities, we anticipate the new system will improve the user experience, reduce administrative burden, and better enable UCSF to meet patient care and other workload needs.
