MyTime Support Sessions during Early Access
Dates: daily from April 28 through May 9
Audience: Managers, their delegates, timekeepers, and schedulers
The MyTime project team is providing virtual office hours as part of our support model during the early access period of April 28 – May 9. Support sessions are not training; they are intended for those who have already completed their training get specific questions answered.
- Core Scheduling and Timekeeping Support Sessions: Review the schedule and find the Zoom link on the MyTime Help page.
- Advanced Scheduling Support Sessions: Support sessions for departments utilizing Advanced Scheduling will be conducted by invitation only between April 30 and May 9. Invites have been sent to departments. If you feel you or your team should have received an invitation and did not, please email [email protected].

Audience: Campus managers and supervisors, change agents

- This session will provide a high-level overview of what campus managers and supervisors need to know as MyTime rolls out, including new responsibilities, key changes impacting their teams (especially non-exempt employees), and available resources.
