Controller's Office 2019 Holiday Closures and Check Pickup Schedule

The Controller's Office will be closed except for limited, necessary services during the holiday period from December 24, 2019 through January 1, 2020.

Controller's Office Solution Center

Controller's Office Solution Center email, telephone, and chat support will be available:

  • December 23, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • December 26, 27, and 30, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Check Pickup Schedule

Supply Chain Management (SCM) offices will be closed for check pickup on December 23, 26, 27, and 30, as well as on January 2 and 3. During that time, payroll and reimbursement checks will be distributed by the Controller's Office. Checks may be picked up between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the following location:
