News and Announcements

How to Prepare for the UCPath Fluid User Interface Coming October 15
Several resources are now available to help you prepare for using the Fluid UI in UCPath. Note that UCPath will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 15.

Download the latest Faculty Salary Calculator (FSC) Effective October 1, 2022 (opens in new window)
The Salary Cap/MCOP Worksheet is the online UCPath supported version of the Faculty Salary Calculator (FSC) worksheet. An FSC is never required for funding entry, however in keeping with past practice the FSC worksheet has been updated to include salary increases effective October 1, 2022. You may have to press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) to see the update.

Remember to Complete Funding Reallocations after Recent HSCP Salary Adjustments
If an employee has funding entered on the Salary Cap/MCOP Funding worksheet and has experienced a compensation change as a result of the October 1 salary adjustment, Funding Entry Initiators must enter a new MCOP worksheet effective 10/1/2022 to align distributions with the updated compensation. These employees should show up with errors on the Funding Reallocation Logs within your worklist. Review the Funding Reallocation topic in the UCPath Funding Entry (opens in new window) online course for further instructions. See the Payroll Processing Calendar for upcoming funding entry deadlines.
