MyTime Now Live for Monthly Employees
In case you missed it, review the go-live message for campus monthly employees.
As a reminder, monthly employees and their timesheet approvers need to complete May 2025 timesheets in HBS.
- Monthly employees need to submit May 2025 timesheets in HBS by Friday, June 6.
- Timesheet approvers need to approve May 2025 timesheets in HBS by Tuesday, June 10.
Monthly employees can review their MyTime action checklist for steps to take beginning June 1.
Actions for managers and supervisors to take during the June monthly pay period are outlined in your people manager action checklist.
Review the Latest MyTime Updates
- Learn how we are addressing the cleanup of time off paycodes imported from HBS. Follow best practices for recording time off in MyTime.
- Review how to schedule and record charge time for three common scenarios. View this and other recently added updates on the MyTime FAQ page.
- Managers now receive time off request notifications via email in addition to Control Center and mobile notifications. Review current MyTime system notifications.
Plan Ahead for the May 25 – June 7 Biweekly Pay Period Close
The cut-off time for managers (or their delegates) to approve timecards for the May 25 – June 7 pay period is 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10.
Review the steps in the Pay Period Close Quick Reference Guide to identify and address timecards with pay-impacting issues before the cut-off.
After the cut-off time, managers/delegates will not have access to edit or approve timecards for the pay period. If timecard errors are identified, managers, delegates, or department timekeepers will need to submit a MyTime Timecard Adjustment Form.

- The June 2025 compensatory time off election period is open in MyTime. CTO elections now take place electronically in MyTime. Learn more and review instructions for completing elections.
- If timecard errors are identified for the May 11 – 24 biweekly pay period, managers, delegates, or department timekeepers need to submit a MyTime Timecard Adjustment Form.
